Dear Fellow Light Warriors!

Self-mastery is the name of the game and in these dynamic and ever-changing times, many individuals have lost their sense of wholeness and passion for living, because they have become disconnected from their true sense of self. I want to assure you that where you are right now in your confused state of mind is ok. Every choice that you have made up to this point has been appropriate for you on your own journey of self-discovery. Yes, right across the good times, the bad times and those ugly ones too when all you can feel is despair. Trust me I have been there too! I have been on my own quest of personal transformation in recent years. Now that I know more about who I am and my own life purpose, I am now able to follow my own passion which is to inspire others wherever I go both directly and indirectly.

Remember sometimes a smile is all that is needed to lift another person's mood! On other occasions simply listening to another person without saying a word can be a healing for them. Did you realise that the word silent when reworked produces the word listen? So, sometimes it is appropriate for us to 'Be silent and listen' to others and allow them to truly feel our compassion and empathy for them on their own journey of transformation.

We are in the Shift of humanity which is about an evolving consciousness of all that is, a maturing of the soul if you will, when more and more souls are awakening to an understanding that they are indeed more than their corporeal body. In this time of immense 'disruption' more and more individuals are connecting with their compassionate instincts and awakening to the knowledge that there is something more than the physical 3 dimensional state that we see before us when we look into a mirror. There has never been on planet Earth a better time for you to discover your own 'self-mastery'! Your own free choice is sacred, these are the rules of the puzzle of life and they come with no judgement! 

It is a way of life that is for all people who believe in helping others in love, compassion, kindness and peace. When you choose to take a comfortable seat and take a look within yourself in the calmness of a few moments, allow yourself to breathe gently and in a relaxed way to the point where you can hear your heart beating softly. Just let your mind wander and connect to that part of you inside which is far greater than what you visibly see with your open eyes in the 3 dimensional world. Be at peace with yourself and be grateful for this special time of connection to the Higher Guidance, Higher Self, to that unique divine spark within that is in YOU, part of YOU and part of the connection to all that is, the Creator Source. Whatever that means for you know that it is sacred to you and no-one else's business. It is ineffable.
